Victor Wembanyama went 1-of-13 on opening night, and our projection barely moved
Wembanyama scored 38 ESPN fantasy points against a projection of 61.5, and our projection fell only to 60.9, because six blocks, 13 rebounds and 10 free throws carried a poor shooting night.

ESPN, Yahoo Sports and NBC all reported the shooting line, and the coverage of the game credited Chet Holmgren's defense on him. Under ESPN's default points scoring that line was worth 38 fantasy points, against the 61.5 our projections expected of him going into the night.
