Building your list
Your list starts as our consensus rankings for that format. Drag to reorder, remove anyone you disagree with, and search to add your own picks. Exactly 50 players, then submit.
How we score it
Your list is scored against ESPN's official top 50 for that format, as it stands at the moment you look. For points that is the top 50 by per-game average under ESPN's standard points scoring, with no games-played minimum, so a player who plays only a handful of games at a high average still counts. For categories it is ESPN's own season Player Rater under their standard category scoring. Every position carries a base value that rises the further down your list it sits, because picking the right player at 50 is harder than picking the right player at 1. Position 1 is worth 100 and position 50 is worth 296.
- You keep a position's full base value when that player sits exactly where you put them.
- You keep less of it the further away they sit, falling in a straight line to nothing.
- A player outside the official top 50 earns nothing for that position.
Add up all 50 and the highest total wins, so a perfect list scores 9,900. You can check your running total at any point during the season, though the winner is settled on the board as it stands when the season closes. If two entries finish level, the one submitted first wins.
The rules
- Free to enter. No purchase, no subscription, and no advantage for paying members.
- Open worldwide to anyone 18 or over, wherever entering is lawful where you live.
- Entries close 11:59pm on 14 October 2026, Melbourne time, wherever you live.
- One entry per person per format. A free account is required so we know whose list is whose.
- To be eligible for a prize, confirm your email. We send a one-click link when you submit, and if you signed in with Google you are confirmed already.
- Entries can be edited right up until the lock, then they are final and every entry becomes public.
- League Winner enters its own list for interest, and ours is never eligible for a prize.
- We publish the final board and every entry's score, so the result is checkable.
