Power Rankings
About the power rankings
Fantasy basketball power rankings for your own league
Most power rankings rank the best players. These rank the teams in your league, every one of them, on your league's own scoring and starting lineup, using the same 2026-27 projections as the rest of the site. Each roster's best lineup is set into your slots night by night against the real NBA schedule, so the order says what each team is built to do over the rest of the regular season, and the chart beside it shows your own season week by week, with your opponent in each matchup and the weeks worth planning for marked.
Behind the order sits your odds in every matchup left, a projected record and playoff odds from four thousand simulated seasons, and a breakdown of each team's roster. When the odds say a week is close, the Weekly Slate names the streams for it, and when a roster needs a different shape, Trade Winner values the deal under the same scoring.
How are the teams in my league ranked?
Each roster's best lineup is set into your league's own starting slots and scored on our 2026-27 projections under your league's scoring: points a week in a points league, and categories won in a categories league. The order is what each lineup projects to do over the rest of the regular season, against the real NBA schedule, so a team whose players have more games ahead of them is ranked for those games.
How are the playoff odds worked out?
Every matchup left on your league's schedule becomes a chance, read off the two lineups' projections and how much a week can swing, and the rest of the season is then played four thousand times. A team's playoff odds are the share of those seasons in which it finished in your league's playoff spots, and its projected record is its average record across them.
What happens to injured players?
A player who is out comes back on the game our projections expect him to return, counted from the injury news, so a strong roster carrying players on injured reserve is valued for the weeks they will play rather than written off for the season.
Which leagues does it work with?
ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper and Fantrax, in points leagues, categories leagues and Sleeper's Lock-In format. Sync a league on Member Home and every team in it is ranked here, on that league's own scoring and lineup.
Are the power rankings free?
Yes, with a free account. A free account syncs one league and a Pro account up to ten, and each league you sync gets its own rankings, matchup odds and playoff odds.
