Tyrese Haliburton tore his Achilles in Game 7 of the 2025 Finals and missed all of 2025-26. He said in late September that he was healthy and expected no restrictions, as the Associated Press and WRTV in Indianapolis both reported, and on October 7 he played his first game in 472 days, 16 minutes in a preseason win over Minnesota at Iowa State, finishing with seven points and six assists according to HITC and ClutchPoints. The question for a drafter is no longer whether he plays but how many games, and how much his line is worth under your league's scoring.

Ranks from our projections board and the analysts' consensus, updated nightly.

Our projections give him 61 games of 17.8 points, 9.6 assists, 3.0 threes and 1.3 steals with only 1.7 turnovers. On a per-game basis that is one of the best lines in fantasy, and the games are what pull it down: he is ninth per game on our points board under ESPN's default scoring and 17th once the 21 nights we expect him to miss are priced, and sixth per game on our 9-cat board and 11th once priced. Under Yahoo's scoring he falls to 37th, and that difference matters more than any argument about his health.
